This privacy policy applies to the Lucky Cookie app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Marka Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad-Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

A. Personal Information (Google Sign-In)

The Application uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Through this service, we collect basic profile information provided by Google, specifically:

• Email Address: To identify your account and save your credits.
• Name & Profile Picture: To personalize your user experience.

B. User Inputs for Fortune Telling

To provide the core functionality of the Application (personalized fortune telling), we collect and process the following data you voluntarily provide:

• Age, Name, Country, and Language: These details are used solely to generate personalized fortune content relevant to you.

C. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: IP address, device model, and operating system version for analytics and security.
• App Activity: Information about how you use the application (e.g., button clicks, time spent) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Data (AI & Processing)

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• AI-Generated Content: The profile data (Age, Language, Country) you provide is processed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to generate unique and personalized fortune-telling texts.
• Account Management: To manage your "Credits" and save your fortune history to the cloud (Firebase Firestore).
• Advertising: To display advertisements relevant to your interests via Google AdMob.

3. Third-Party Access

We transmit aggregated, anonymized data to external services to improve the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

4. In-App Purchases & Financial Data

The Application offers virtual items ("Credits") for purchase. All financial transactions are handled directly by Google Play Billing. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or banking information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

The Service Provider retains User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

To delete your account:

• You can request account deletion by sending an email to play@mvm.email with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (play@mvm.email) so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

7. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards (utilizing secure Firebase infrastructure) to protect information we process and maintain.

8. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
